Electronic Medical Records

This comprehensive collection becomes part of your Electronic Medical Record (EMR). It helps our optometrists easily track any changes in your vision and eye health over time.
Patient RX and Referral
After you finish your eye exam, the remote optometrist swiftly sends your prescription electronically to our location at Madison Optical Center. We’ll print it right away, enabling you to purchase eyeglasses or contacts on the spot! In case further care is required, they’ll have a live video conference with you and refer you to the appropriate follow-up care.
